PRICES
Once you have confirmed and agreed the dates for your holiday we will
ask you for a 25% deposit the balance to be paid four weeks prior to the
start of your booking period. All payments to be made by sterling cheque
account.
The prices shown are based on one weeks rental inclusive of electricity
(there is a seperate charge for electricity during the period November
- March inclusive), heating, pool & garden maintenance plus
bed linen and bath towels. A change of linen is always provided for periods
in excess of one week.
Children are welcome and a cot can be provided when necessary.

Please contact us for all Autumn rates and Winter Skiing rates.
Guests are requested to arrive after 16.00hrs on the the first day and
should have vacated the villa by 10.30hrs on the final day.
Guests are kindly requested for a 300 euro refundable
security deposit on arrival.
